What we collect
We collect your email address, password hash, attempts, writing text and speaking audio submitted for practice. Stripe processes card data; we do not collect card details on these pages.
Speaking audio is used for transcription and marking, then deleted after transcription and within 72 hours at most. We retain account and practice records as needed to provide the service.
Processors
Cloudflare provides hosting and related infrastructure. Stripe processes payments. AI model providers used for marking process submitted practice content to return feedback. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Account and attempt data are retained while needed to operate your account. You can request deletion from the account page; deletion removes your user data and associated practice records, subject to records we must retain by law.
