The 7-day access is refundable within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 2 in-depth reports were used.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. On request within 7 days of a renewal, we will refund that renewal if the plan was unused.
How to request a refund
Email from the address used at checkout. Include the receipt or charge details and the date of purchase or renewal. We will process an eligible refund through Stripe.
